The list of the candidates who may participate at the competitive entrance examination

SCHEDULE OF THE ENGLISH TESTS FOR THE EU, EEA AND SWISS CITIZENS

SCHEDULE OF the pre-registration and registration:

• 6 March 2017 – opening of the pre-registration period, when candidates may start submitting their files;
• 14 July 2017 – the deadline for receiving pre-registration files (FILES RECEIVED AFTER THAT DATE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED);
• 17 July 2017 – language tests;
• 18 July 2017 – COMPETITIVE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION;
• 18 July 2017  – the PROVISIONAL results of the competitive entrance examination will be posted at the International Department and on the website of the university www.umft.eu;
• 19 July 2017 – 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. - failed candidates may submit appeals to the admission/appeal committee; the appeals have to be submitted to the university registrar’s office; 
• 19 July 2017 – 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. – the admission/appeal committee will re-analyze the papers of the candidates who have submitted an appeal and will pass a decision;
• 20 – 24 July 2017 – The provisionally “Admitted” candidates have to confirm their place by e-mail to the address relint@umft.ro . The confirmation of the place must be accompanied by the proof of a wire transfer for the sum of 200 Euro (confirmation fee – NON REFUNDABLE). If candidates fail to confirm their places or to pay the confirmation fee within the established deadline, they will automatically lose their place, and the place will be redistributed to the following candidate on the rejected list; IMPORTANT: REJECTED CANDIDATES MAY PAY THE CONFIRMATION FEE IN CASE AN ADMITTED CANDIDATE FAILS TO CONFIRM HIS/HER PLACE. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
• 25 July 2017 – The PROVISIONAL list of admitted and rejected candidates (following appeals and the payment of the confirmation fee) will be posted at the International Department and on the website of the university www.umft.eu;
• 01 – 15 September 2017 – payment of the tuition fee (candidates have to pay the entire tuition fee in a single installment);
• 18 September 2017 – The opening of the enrollment period for first-year students. The enrollment of the candidates who have successfully passed the competitive entrance examination is conditioned by having already obtained the validation of their high-school/equivalent diplomas by the CNRED and the payment of the tuition fee in full.
• 15 November 2017 – the deadline for the enrollment of first-year students.
